Ease Assist specialises in delivering high-quality person centred care for young people aged 16-17.
We provide support for looked after children and care leavers aged between 16 and 17 who have increasing levels of independence and are ready to gain further skills in preparation for adult living. At Ease Assist we are dedicated to promoting the independence of young people by offering a high level of support including (but not limited to): emotional support, support in health, education/employment and daily living skills.
